Place a plastic sheet over the pattern you wish to reproduce.

Trace the pattern onto the plastic sheet with the window paint outline. Fill in the pattern with your choice of window paint.

Let the completed pattern dry for 12 hours then carefully peel it from the plastic sheet. Now you can stick it on almost any smooth surface.
